We want people to know therapy works. We help people heal and prove it with outcome measures
To ensure the EBT’s we provide help people heal we practice measurement-based care (MBC), which is the systematic evaluation of client progress over the course of treatment with reliable and valid assessment tools. By doing this, we can clearly and objectively measure progress, recovery, and/or remission. Studies show that only 20% of therapists practice MBC. There’s no excusing that. We want people to know that therapy works.
Measurement-based care is considered best practice. Not only to we make sure our EBT’s are working in real time, but knowing that therapy is working is very important to our clientele. Many therapists neglect this most important facet of care. To learn what we plan to do about this for the industry as a whole, please see our vision statement.
