You are invited to participate in a study evaluating a new 21-item psychological questionnaire. The purpose of this study is to examine how clearly and consistently the questionnaire measures aspects of self-awareness and intentional behavior.
Participation will take approximately 5–10 minutes. You will be asked questions about your thoughts, emotions, interpersonal responses, and decision-making.
Participation is voluntary. You may decline to participate, skip any question, or stop at any time without penalty.
Some questions may cause mild emotional discomfort because they ask you to reflect on personal thoughts, feelings, or behavior. Some questions are redundant, which may be slightly irritating. This questionnaire is experimental and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or evaluate any mental-health condition.
Your responses will be anonymous. The study will collect only the answers you select for each statement. Data will be stored in a HIPAA-secure digital vault, accessed only by Pace Lawson, and retained for more than a decade. Results may be reported in aggregate form, but individual participants will not be identified.
There is no guaranteed direct benefit to participating. Your responses may help develop and evaluate a new psychological measure. There is no payment for participation.
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old.
For questions about the study, contact Pace Lawson.
